   Surfer Rosa and Doolittle have way more acessible (or pop, however you want to call it) songs than Trompe Le Monde. That's quite unusual, since alternative rock bands usually move towards a more acessible and radio-friendly sounding as times go by, and they did the otherwise.

Trompe Le Monde is perhaps their most underrated cd (and their best, though most probably wouldn't agree), but there is nothing commercial about it at all...it is weird and haunting which doesn't sound very commercial to me...
